The Montreal Botanical Garden hosts an outdoor plant market

Montreal’s must-see green space is hosting a plant market to help you spruce up your garden. The 25th Great Horticultural Weekend at the Botanical Garden marks the start of the gardening season from May 27 to 29. More than forty exhibitors will be offering plants and tools for sale so you can get your hands on new greenery and seek advice on future gardening. projects.

This year’s theme celebrates the garden as a meeting place, where the fruits of a gardener’s labor translate into produce and flowers to share with loved ones.

Espace pour la vie will welcome representatives of the Mon jardin program on site to discuss improving the biodiversity of your garden. The annual program is free and open to all Quebec residents to encourage the growth of native flora species, support wildlife or create a butterfly/bird sanctuary.
